Website.Doctor is a one-person practice in Phoenix, Arizona, run by Alex Logvin. The work is honest. The pricing is plain. Your report is yours.
Why a doctor?
Because the metaphor fits. Your website has symptoms. Some are visible (the page is slow). Some are silent (your DMARC record is wrong and someone is spoofing your email). Some are chronic (your privacy policy hasn't been touched since 2019). A doctor's job is to look at all of it, figure out what's actually wrong, and write a treatment plan you can read.
Why honest pricing?
Because everyone in this space hides the ball. Every "we'll send you a quote" contact form is a tax on your time. Every "AI-powered audit" is a Lighthouse report wrapped in marketing copy. We're doing the opposite of all of that. Pricing is public. Process is documented. You know what you're paying for before you spend a dime.

How AI fits in
AI is our tool, not our pitch. We use Anthropic's Claude as our analytical instrument the same way a doctor uses an MRI. The judgment is human. Alex directs every audit, reviews every finding, and signs every report. The AI doesn't talk to clients. The AI doesn't make decisions. The AI reads a lot of HTML really fast and helps us see things a single human couldn't catch in a reasonable amount of time. That's the deal, and we're going to be honest about it on every report we deliver.
